Strawberry Blooms

"And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground." Still storming daily, it even snowed a little this morning. June 15th is the average day of last frost here in the yampa valley and it looks like tonight might be the last time it will get close. The last frost was a week and a half ago on Wednesday may 26th. Trying to get the greenhouse ready to plant string beans this week. Also trying to keep up with the weeds which are loving the rain and warmth. As you can see the grass is getting a little unruly.Used an old hand cultivator to cultivate the rows. 5 to 10 passes got it pert near good.

Late carrots are up and got their first thinning.
Can't wait for strawberries.
